Our Story
San Remo has been making quality Durham wheat pasta since 1936. The combination of fertile soil, long sunny days and pure rain make the 100% Durham wheat used in San Remo pasta some of the most sought after in the world.
In addition, San Remo has one of the largest and most sophisticated wheat mills in Australia which is specially designed for processing Durham wheat for their pastas. Combined with strict quality control, each piece of pasta is carefully and meticulously made utilising traditional Italian techniques and the latest technology to bring you some of the finest pasta in the world.
