Monastier Cabernet Sauvignon
Classification: IGP PAYS D’OC
Tasting notes: Made by winemaker Alain Grignon in the Languedoc of Southern France, this wine is a smooth, perfectly balanced, fruit forward Cabernet brimming with cassis, cherry and hedgerow fruits. It has a great mouthfeel and is very soft on the finish with nice tannins. A great wine on its own or perfect with pizza or simple pasta dish.
Monastier Sauvignon Blanc
Classification: IGP PAYS COTES DE GASCOGNE
Tasting notes: A very refreshing Sauvignon Blanc brimming with hints of asparagus and green apple on the nose leading to a very delicate and refined palate. The finish has a subtle citrus edge with good length.
