Handcrafted Products with churned butter since 1936
Fresh Breton galettes and palet biscuits are produced with freshly churned butter from the Le Gall dairy, butter experts since 1923. The slow and natural maturation of this butter brings the inimitable taste to our products. Based simple ingredients: churned butter, wheat flour, sugar and eggs, our biscuits are guarenteed free of any colouring or preservative.


The Biscuiterie de la Pointe du Raz has a large range of biscuits with various flavours to please all tastes: buckwheat galette, fleur de sel & caramel, raspberry or chocolate & orange palet…… You could also try our speciality the famous Crakou, a large and thin crunchy biscuit with caramel and hazelnuts.
